Last year I had the opportunity to work with April Brown of Hospitality Realty. I am a General Contractor and Real Estate investor for now over 20 years. Throughout that time I have used many different agents to buy and sell properties. What qualifies a good agent in my opinion is one who is responsive to my calls and texts, who follows up after a conversation and most importantly sees the goal in sight to sell my house and will do what is necessary to close the deal. April's knowledge of the market and timing is spot on and I look forward to working with her again. Do yourself a favor and give her a chance you wont regret your decision.
